Agreement to these terms

Products, pricing, and availability

We work to describe and photograph products accurately, but screen settings, lighting, natural variations, and production differences may affect color, size, texture, or appearance. Prices and availability may change without notice. We may correct errors, limit quantities, or cancel an order affected by an error or unavailable item. If we cancel a paid order, the affected payment will be returned as required.

Orders and payment

An order submission is an offer to purchase and is not accepted until HermanaCo confirms acceptance or fulfillment. You represent that the order and payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Payment processing may be provided by a third party subject to its own terms and privacy notice.

Returns, exchanges, and shipping

Purchases are governed by the policies linked below. The Returns & Exchanges Policy provides exchanges for eligible items within seven days and does not provide refunds, subject to applicable law.

The HermanaCo name, branding, photographs, designs, text, and site content are owned by or licensed to HermanaCo and may not be copied or commercially used without written permission.

HermanaCo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from site use or a purchase.
